Expert Witness Testimony
MineTech staff can act as expert witnesses on questions of mining engineering or geology. After consultation with the lawyers, our staff investigate the issue in question and prepare a formal professional opinion, and defend that opinion in court as required. Our staff have experience acting as expert witnesses, and have defended their opinions under cross-examination.
Since 2013, MineTech has provided ongoing legal support to a royalty holder. Support has included analysis of technical data and preparation of mine designs for use by the client in negotiations.
