Property Evaluations

MineTech can produce memo- and report-length evaluations of mineral properties for investors who need an independent, professional opinion on properties they are interested in.

In 2013, at short notice, MineTech produced a memo-length property evaluation of a past-producing gold mine for an existing client.

Oversight

MineTech can also provide oversight and technical liaison services. We can provide investors with regular, independent reports on the progress of mineral properties. More informally, we can act as an investor's technical representative with mining companies, and help with questions related to engineering and geology of a project.

MineTech carried out a due diligence oversight program for investors on a construction-stage gold project. Our work included regular site visits and monthly status reports, as well as acting as technical liaison between the investors and operators, when required.
