Review the contents of the dictionary
Download the dictionary
To start using this custom dictionary in Word, do the following:
- Unzip the custom dictionary to a directory where you will be able to find it
- Go to Tools-->Options-->Spelling & Grammar
- Click on "Dictionaries"
- Click on "Add"
- Browse to where you saved the custom dictionary and select it
- Click "OK"
